摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+水+0.5%磷酸(体积比30:70:0.3)为流动相,使用Agilent Eclipse XDB 4.6 nm(i.d.)×150 nm色谱柱和紫外分光检测器,在235 nm波长下对试样中的调环酸钙进行分离和定量分析。试验结果表明,该方法测得调环酸钙的线性相关系数为0.999 9:标准偏差为0.08;变异系数为0.22%;平均回收率为96.66%。
A method for the separation and the quantitative analysis of prohexadione calcium by HPLC with 30% acetonitrile and pure water as mobile phase, using ZORBAX SB-CI8 column and UV detector at 235 nm wavelength was described. The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 9, the standard deviation was 0.07, the variation coefficient was 0.22%, the average recovery was 96.66%.
