摘要
目的探讨医院护理安全文化建设方法及实践效果。方法倡导非惩罚性的安全文化,完善安全管理的制度与流程,对不良事件进行分类,制订标准化报告表,规范报告流程,定期分析与反馈,开发不良事件信息系统进行护理不良事件的管理。结果护理不良事件上报逐年增多,差错发生率降低(P<0.05)。结论构建"非惩罚性+针对系统"的护理安全文化,建立护理不良事件报告系统,对促进护理管理和医院管理具有积极作用。
Objective To explore the construction method and practice of nursing safety culture. Methods The measures included advocating non - punitive safety culture, perfecting safety management system and process, classifying nursing adverse events, establishing standard forms, standardizing the reporting process, analyzing and giving feedback regularly,and exploiting information system for the management of nursing adverse events. Results The reported number of nursing adverse events increased, while the rate of nursing error reduced year by year ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The establishment of "non - punitive and for the system" nursing safty culture and reporting system for nursing adverse events play apositive roles in promoting nursing management.
