品管圈活动在口服药安全管理中的应用

The application of quality control circle in the safety management of oral medication administration

目的探讨应用品管圈活动对提高口服药服药到口率的效果。方法成立品管圈小组,分析日常工作程序中的各个环节,找出导致不能服药到口的主要原因,制订相应的整改方案并组织实施。结果实施品管圈活动后服药不良事件发生率降低,护士亲视病人服药到口率提高(P<0.01)。结论应用品管圈方法管理服药可以提高服药到口率,有效控制服药中不良事件发生。

Objective To explore the effects of quality control circle （QCC） activities on improving the patients＂ medicine - taking rate. Methods A QCC group was set up to analyze all aspects of daily work program to identify the main reasons of missed medicine - taking,establish and implementing improve- ment measures. Results The rate of missed medicine - taking was reduced. The medicine - taking rate by nurses＇ surveillance was increased （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion QCC activity can improve the oral medicine - taking rate,and effectively control the occurrence of medication administration error.
