前庭电刺激对血管性痴呆患者认知功能影响 被引量:7

Effects of Galvanic Vestibular Stimulation on Cognitive Function in Patients with Vascular Dementia

摘要 目的:探讨前庭电刺激对血管性痴呆患者认知功能的影响。方法:选择本院2009年10月至2013年10月住院的血管性痴呆患者120例,随机分成治疗组和对照组各60例,两组均接受常规药物治疗,治疗组加用前庭电刺激。所有患者于治疗前和治疗后4、8周进行简明精神状态检查表(Mini-mental state examination,MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Montreal cognitive assessment,MoCA)和Stroop色词测验(Stroop color-word test,SCWT)对认知功能进行评定,对比治疗前后结果。结果:两组患者治疗后第4周、8周,MMSE、MoCA、SCWT评分较治疗前均明显增加(P<0.05),且治疗组各时点认知功能评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前庭电刺激能明显改善血管性痴呆患者的认知功能,该方法简单、有效、无创,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of galvanic vestibular stimulation on cognitive function in patients with vascular dementia. Methods From October 2009 to October 2013 in our department, total 120 patients with vascular dementia were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. All patients were received routine medication, and the patients in treatment group were received galvanic vestibular stimulation additionally. The scores of MMSE, MoCA, SCWT were evaluated before treatment,4th week and 8th week after treatment, respectively. Results The cognitive functional scores of MMSE, MoCA, SCWT in both groups were significantly increased after treated for 4 and 8 weeks ( P 〈 0.05 ), meanwhile the cognitive functional scores of treatment group were significantly higher than that of control group at 4th week and 8th week after treatment( P 〈0.05 ). Conclusion Galvanic vestibular stimulation can improve the cognitive function of patients with vascular dement:a, which is simple, effective,invasive and worthy of spreading.
