摘要
设计洪水的确定是关系到水利水电工程能否确保安全的重大问题,而设计洪水需要多年集累的水文资料。我国在小流域上基本上没有水文气象资料。而随着社会的进步发展,在一些小河流上也兴建了许多水利水电工程,这样就需要进行设计洪水的计算。文中对无水文资料的小流域设计洪水计算进行探讨,采取通过洪水调查,利用曼宁公式法计算历史洪水推求洪峰流量,水位流量关系。
Determination of design flood is the major issues related to the safety of water conservancy and hydropower engineering,and design flood to multi-year hydrologic data. Basically there is no hydrologic data for small watershed in China. With the development of society many water conservancy projects are built on the small rivers, therefore design flood calculation is necessary in the rivers. The design flood calculation in the data absence region is discussed in the paper and through flood investigation, by using Manning' s formula to calculate the historic flood, the peak flood discharge, relation of water level and discharge can be calculated.
