摘要
采用单体浓度梯度滴加法合成了不同种类碱溶性树脂复合丙烯酸酯乳液。利用差式扫描量热法(DSC)测量复合乳液涂膜的玻璃化转变温度(Tg),并通过Tg分析了碱溶性树脂和丙烯酸乳液(PA)的相容性;热重分析(TGA)测量了复合聚合物涂膜热稳定性;对涂膜的抗回粘性、光泽度和硬度进行了测量;采用透射电镜观察了乳胶粒子结构和漆膜结构。结果表明:(1)树脂Soluryl-120可以有效提高涂膜的热稳定性,并且树脂Soluryl-120复合丙烯酸复合乳液所制涂膜硬度可以达到2H;树脂SMA-1000对复合涂膜光泽度的改善最为明显,较高Tg树脂Soluryl-820的加入对复合乳液涂膜的抗回粘性改善最好。(2)单体、丙烯酸酯乳液(PA)与碱溶性树脂中存在的不饱和双键发生接枝共聚反应,使得碱溶性树脂能和PA部分相容。(3)乳胶粒子为明显核壳结构。
The alkali soluble resin/acrylate emulsion was synthesized by monomer concentration gradient polymerization.The influence of alkali soluble resin on properties of these films was determined in detail.Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) measured the film glass transition temperature(Tg),and analyzed the compatibility between PA and alkali soluble resin by Tg.Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) measured films' thermostability.The after tackiness resistance,glossiness and hardness of these films were measured by QNF,mirror glossiness meter and pencil hardness tester respectively.Results showed:(1) Soluryl-120 resin could raise effectively polymer films' thermostability,and its films' hardness reached 2H.The resin SMA-1000 with smaller molecular weight could improve films' glossiness obviously.Films' after tackiness resistance with resin Soluryl-820 was better.(2)Due to the graft copolymerization among monomer,acrylate emulsion and alkali soluble resin,the alkali soluble resin was compatible with the PA partly.(3)Emulsion particle was with obvious core-shell structure.
