输卵管结扎术后女性性心理和性功能状况的调查分析

目的 调查输卵管结扎术后女性性心理和性功能状况.方法 将我院2011年4月至2013年3月经腹部行输卵管结扎者98例纳入本研究,对其术后性心理和性功能状况进行调查.针对存在的问题进行健康教育和心理疏导,对比干预前后研究对象在性心理和性功能状况方面的变化.结果 输卵管结扎术后女性多存在被阉割感,产生焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,对性生活产生一定的心理障碍.经心理干预后,我们发现SAS评分由干预前的（53.86±7.69）分下降至（42.03±6.23）分;SDS评分由干预前的（55.24±8.18）分下降至（43.52±6.53）分;性生活满意度由干预前的77.55％上升至96.94％,提示焦虑、抑郁程度明显减轻,性生活满意度上升,与心理干预前相比,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 输卵管结扎术后女性易产生心理障碍,影响性生活满意度,围手术期进行健康教育和心理疏导对改善女性性心理和性功能状况具有积极的作用.

Objective To survey the female sexual psychology and function after the ligation of fallopian tubes.Methods 98 cases undergoing trans.abdominal tubal ligation were selected from April,2011 to March,2013 from our hospital as study objects,then their sexual psychology and function were investigated.Corresponding health education and psychological counseling were given to the study objects.The changes of the female sexual psychology and function before and after the intervention were compared.Results After the tubal ligation,most female got anxiety,depression,etc and psychological disorder in sexual life.After the psychological intervention,the SAS score decreased from （53.86 ± 7.69） to （42.03 ± 6,23）,SDS score from （55.24 ± 8.18） to （43.52 ± 6.53）,and the sexual satisfaction increased from 77.55％ to 96.94％,with statistical differences （P ＜ 0.05）.Conlusions Tubal ligation can cause female psychological disorders and affect female sexual life satisfaction.Perioperation health education and psychological counseling can improve the sexual psychology and function.
