预见性护理在急性脑梗塞静脉溶栓治疗中的应用观察

Application observation on predictive nursing in acute cerebral infarction intravenous thrombolysis

目的 探讨急性脑梗塞行静脉溶栓中预见性护理的应用价值,为今后临床护理提供参考和借鉴.方法 本研究随机选取我院2010年2月至2013年8月期间行静脉溶栓治疗的急性脑梗塞患者78例,采用随机数字法将其分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组则给予预见性护理,对比分析两组患者的护理效果.结果 观察组患肢肌力级别的改善情况明显优于对照组（Х^2=34.6205,P=0.0000）;观察组不良反应率为17.95％明显少于对照组的53.89％（Х^2=28.1250,P=0.0000）;观察组的护理满意度为94.87％明显高于对照组的64.10％（Х^2=29.4830,P=0.0000）.结论 给予静脉溶栓治疗的急性脑梗塞患者预见性护理能有效地稳定其病情,改善患肢肌力级别,减少不良反应,促进医患和谐,护理效果显著,值得在临床实践中广泛的应用和推广.

Objective To explore the application value of predictive nursing in acute cerebral infarction intravenous thrombolysis.It provides a reference for future clinical nursing.Methods This research randomly selected 78 acute cerebral infarction patients who were given intravenous thrombolytic treatment in our hospital from February 2010 to August 2013.The patients were split at random into two groups.The patients in the control group were given usual care.At the same time,the patients in the observation group were given predictive nursing.This study compared and analyzed the nursing effects between the two groups.Results The improvement of limb muscle strength of observation group was obviously better than that of control group （Х^2=34.6205,P=0.0000）.The adverse reaction rate of observation group was 17.95%,which was significantly less than that of control group （53.89%） （Х^2 2=28.1250,P=0.0000）.Nursing satisfaction of observation group was 94.87%,which was obviously higher than that of control group （64.10%） （Х^2=29.4830,P=0.0000）.The differences were statistically significant.Conclusion It can effectively stabilize the acute cerebral infarction patients＇ conditions,who are in the intravenous thrombolytic therapy,by giving them predictive nursing.It also can improve the level of limb muscle strength and reduce the adverse reactions.What＇ s more,it can promote harmonious relations between doctors and patients.Its nursing effects are remarkable so that it is worthy to be applied and promoted widely in clinical practice.
