水胶体敷贴治疗化疗药物外渗的效果观察

Effect observation on hydrocolloid dressing in treatment of chemotherapy extravasation

目的 探讨水胶体敷贴治疗化疗药物外渗的疗效.方法 将46例静脉化疗药物外渗患者随机分为观察组和对照组各23例.两组患者给予地塞米松和利多卡因环形封闭治疗基础上,观察组用水胶体敷贴外敷,对照组用50％硫酸镁湿敷,比较两组患者的疗效.结果 观察组有效率明显高于对照组,疼痛缓解和红肿消退时间比对照组短,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 水胶体敷贴治疗化疗药物外渗疗效好,能有效减轻疼痛及局部炎症反应,值得临床广泛应用.

Objective To evaluate the effect of hydrocolloid dressing in treating chemotherapy extravasation.Methods 46 cases with venous extravasation of chemotherapeutic drugs were randomly divided into observation group and control group （n=23）.The two groups were treated with dexamethasone and lidocaine block first,and then with hydrocolloid dressing for the observation group,while with 50％ magnesium sulfate wet compressing the control group,then we compared the curative effect of two groups.Results The efficiency of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the pain relieved and red subsided time was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant （all P ＜ 0.01）.Conclusion Hydrocolloid dressing treatment is effective in treating the chemotherapy extravasation,which can effectively relieve pain and inflammation reaction.It is worthy of wide clinical application.
