引入“五常法”提升手术室护理管理质量的实践及效果

Effects of implementation on 5-S methodology in improving quality and nursing management in operating rooms

目的 探讨“五常法”在手术室护理管理中的应用效果.方法 将“五常法”的理论及管理模式应用在手术室护理管理中,对手术室人、物、环境进行规范化管理.从组织、培训、实施、制定明确要求和措施,成立质控小组,加强检查督导,定时考核与随机考核相结合,不断改进.结果 实施“五常法”后,手术室物品准备完好率从86.00％提高至98.62％,仪器设备完好率从87.33％提高至97.93％,医生对护理工作满意率从81.60％提高至97.10％,患者对护理工作满意率从80.73％提高至95.51％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 实施“五常法”管理总体提高手术室工作效率和工作质量,是一种规范、科学的管理方法.

Objective To explore the application effect of 5-S methodology in the nursing management in operating rooms.Methods The theory and management models of the 5-S methodology were applied to establish standardized management for the staff,medical supplies,and environment in operating rooms.Explicit requirement and measures were established to aim at the organization,training,and implementation of the 5-S; a quality control team was set up; inspection and supervision were strengthened; regular assessment was integrated with random examination; and the management measures were ceaselessly improved.Results After implementation of the 5-S,the rate of medical supplies in readiness increased from 86.00％ to 98.62％,rate of equipment in good condition was elevated from 87.33％ to 97.93％,rate of satisfaction with nursing care by surgeons increased from 81.60％ to 97.10％,and rate of satisfaction with nursing care by patients raised from 80.73％ to 95.51％,with significant statistical differences （P ＜ 0.05 for all comparisons）.Conclusion Implementation of management with 5-S methodology can generally improve the efficiency and quality of work in operating rooms.It is a standardized and scientific management method.
