用科学发展观来指导再生金属产业发展——以清远再生铜产业为例

Industry Development of Regenerating Metal Resources——Under the Guidance of Scientific Development Concept

随着我国城镇化和工业化的推进,铜、铝、铅、锌等有色金属的缺口越来越突出,导致再生金属产业的高速发展。以清远再生铜产业为例,运用生态文明和可持续发展等科学发展观的理论,对再生金属产业进行分析,提出再生金属产业是一种可减少环境污染,实现可持续发展的资源循环型产业,并就推广及发展采用提出合理化建议。

Taking the industry of regenerating copper resources in Qingyuan City as an example ,the paper analyzes the industry of nonferrous metal .With the rapid development of China’s urbanization and industrialization ,the shortage problem of nonferrous metal is so serious that regenerating metal resources has to be considered .Based on the theories of ecological civilization and sustainable development ,which are the main ideas of scientific development concept ,the industry of regenerating metal resources can not only protect the nature environ-ment from pollution ,bus also achieve the target of a sustainable industry for resource cycling .
