摘要
采用微波法制备出碱性离子液体[C4OHMIM]2CO3[1-(4-羟基)丁基-3-甲基咪唑碳酸盐],并将其作为催化剂合成查尔酮,然后通过单因素实验考察其催化合成查尔酮的最佳条件。当温度50℃,催化剂用量0.25mmol,反应时间45min,n(苯甲醛)∶n(苯乙酮)=1.1∶1时合成查尔酮收率最高。该方法合成查尔酮收率高、易分离、绿色环保,有很高的实用价值。
Microwave method was adopted to synthesize alkaline ionic liquids [C4OHMIM] 2CO3,which was used to synthesize chalcone.Single factor experiment was used to examine the best reaction condition.When the temperature was 50℃,the amount of catalyst 0.25mmol,time 45min,n (Benzaldehyde) ∶ n (Acetophenone) =1.1 ∶ 1,the highest yield of chalcone could be getten.Adopting this method to synthesize chalcone has a good result,easily seperated,environment friendly and has high practical value.
