农村人力资源培训现状分析——对绍兴市的调查

Analysis of the Current Situation of Rural Human Resources Training——An Investigation Made in Shaoxing City

在对浙江省绍兴市的调查中发现,目前农村人力资源培训能立足于广义农民的视角,得到了政府一定程度的重视和资金投入,注重形式载体和实际效果,培训机构具有一定的稳定性。今后,通过完善培训课程、时间等方面的设置、进一步加大政府投入力度、激发企业参与农村人力资源培训的积极性,有利于进一步改善农村人力资源培训现状。

A survey made in Shaoxing city of Zhejiang province shows that based on a broad perspective of the farmers at present, the rural human resources training attains certain attention and investment from the government and pays attention to both the training forms and the actual effects with the help of the training institutions with some stability. In the future, the status quo of rural human resources training can be further improved by bettering the setting of training time and training courses, attracting more governmental investment, and stimulating the related enterprises＇ enthusiasm to participate in the training of human resources in rural areas.
