摘要
文章首先分析了浙江R银行扁平化组织结构体系的特点、扁平化管理的主要表现以及主要特征,然后探讨了该行组织结构在扁平化过程中给人力资源管理带来的挑战,最后提出了应对组织结构扁平化的人力资源管理策略。
This paper first analyzes the characteristics of the flattening organizational structure system, the main performance and fea- ture of the flat management in Zhejiang Bank R. Then it discusses the challenges brought about to human resources management in the process of the flattening organizational structure. Finally, the human resources management strategies for the handling of the flat- tening organization are proposed.
