绝经后骨质疏松症与动脉钙化相关性的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 绝经后骨质疏松症合并动脉钙化在老年女性中十分常见,这两种疾病可能具有相同的病理生理机制。核因子κB受体活化因子配体(Receptor Activator for Nuclear Factor-κB Ligand,RANKL)、骨保护素(osteoprotegerin,OPG)、骨桥蛋白(osteopontin,OPN)、基质Gla蛋白(matrix Gla protein,MGP)、炎性过程和脂质过氧化物等均参与或加速了两者的发生发展过程。该文就骨质疏松症与动脉硬化在流行病学及病理生理机制方面的相关性作一综述。 Abstract:Postmenopausal osteoporosis and arteriosteogenesis are very common chronic diseases in elderly women. Both diseases may have the same physiopathologic mechanism. RANK-L, OPG, OPN, MGP, the inflammatory process and lipid peroxide participate in and accelerate these diseases. This article reviews the relevance of osteoporosis and aerosclersis in the epidemiology and pathological physiological mechanism.
