氨法和石灰石法烟气脱硫技术的综合分析及建议 被引量:12

摘要 结合烟气脱硫的工艺技术和硫资源的综合利用,从原料(脱硫剂)、产品和工艺过程3方面,对比分析了氨法和石灰石法烟气脱硫技术的安全性和环保性,指出了氨法烟气脱硫技术的主要优势在于变废为宝,低碳环保,可再生利用硫资源,符合循环经济发展战略;建议积极推广和发展氨法烟气脱硫技术,停建和改建石灰石法烟气脱硫项目,以缓解我国硫资源紧缺的态势。 With reference to process technologies for flue gas desulfurization and comprehensive utilization of sulfur resources,the safety and environmental protection aspects of flue gas desulfurization are compared and analyzed based on ammonia process and limestone process in three aspects: raw material( desulfurization agent),product and process,and it is pointed out that the main advantage of ammonia-based flue gas desulfurization process lies in the ability to utilize the waste,low carbon,the ability to generate sulfur resource,which is in line with the development strategy for circular economy; it is suggested to proactively promote and develop ammonia-based flue gas desulfurization technology,stop and revamp limestone-based flue gas desulfurization projects,so as to alleviate the tight sulfur resource in China.
