摘要 超滤膜具有优异高效的分离性能,在工业废水处理中展示出极好的应用前景。针对催化氧化氨法脱硫废液中亚微米级硫磺的回收,通过滤饼增长模型分析了硫磺颗粒粒径与膜孔径匹配问题,孔径为0.05μm的超滤膜适合用于处理催化氧化氨法脱硫废液,从而解决硫堵塞膜孔的问题。 Ultrafiltration membrane offers exceptionally high efficiency in separation performance,and great application prospect in treatment of industrial waste water. For recovery of submicro sulfur in desulfurization waste solution from catalytic oxidation ammonia process,through the filter cake growth model,the matching issue between the sulfur particle size and membrane pore size is analyzed. Ultrafiltration memebrane with pore size of 0. 05 μm is suitable for treating desulfurization waste solution from catalytic oxidation ammonia process,which will resolve the plugging of membrane pore by sulfur.
