摘要
针对硫酸装置干吸塔使用散堆陶瓷填料运行过程中存在的问题,介绍了一种新型的流线型规整陶瓷波纹填料的技术性能和使用效果,与传统的散堆阶梯环填料相比,具有效率高、压降低的特点,对老装置提能改造具有较好的应用效果。
For problems occurred in the operation of the drying and absorption tower of the sulfuric acid plant using random ceramic packing,the technical performance and service results of a type of new streamlined corrugated structured packing are introduced. Compared to traditional random cascade ring packing,it offers high efficiency and low pressure drop,and excellent performance for application in the revamp and upgrade of existing plants.
