摘要
简要介绍了攀钢(集团)钛业公司钛冶炼厂25.5MVA半密闭圆形电炉钛渣冶炼原理,根据现行钛渣冶炼工艺的特点,结合实际生产情况,针对生产过程中电炉钛渣品位波动较大的现象进行分析探讨,并提出解决方案。
This article provided a very brief introduction to the smelting principle of titanium slag from 25.5MVA semi--closed circular furnace in titanium smelter of Pangang Titanium Compa- ny. By analyzing the metallurgical characters of present titanium slag and actual production con- ditions, the phenomenon of large fluctuation for the grade of titanium slag in the process was dis- cussed and the solutions were proposed.
