海绵钛生产中杂质控制研究

Study on the Control of Impurities in Titanium Sponge Production

还原蒸馏是海绵钛生产过程中影响海绵钛产品质量最重要的工序之一,海绵钛生产过程中氮、氧、铁、氯等杂质的引入途径为还原生产用原料四氯化钛和镁,同时还原蒸馏过程控制对海绵钛产品中杂质含量也有重要影响,根据杂质引入途径提出了海绵钛生产过程中降低海绵钛产品杂质的措施。

Reduction and distillation is one of the key processes which affect the quality of sponge titanium. Nitrogen, oxygen, iron, chlorine and other impurities in sponge titanium production process are brought into by the TiCLt and magnesium, while the controlling of reduction and dis- tillation process also is the important effect on the content of impurities for titanium sponge, this paper puts forward the means to reduce impurities of titanium sponge in the process of titanium sponge production.
