《贺葆真日记》与晚期桐城文派的深入研究

He Baozhen's Diary and the Deep Study of Late Tongcheng Literary School

贺葆真是桐城派晚期重要古文家贺涛之子,他所生活的时代,正值社会的动荡与转型,他的日记所记录的内容十分丰富。本文利用《贺葆真日记》重点讨论晚期北方桐城派作家群体活动图景、徐世昌幕府与北方桐城派、贺涛的阅读与桐城文派的新变与守旧等问题。对《贺葆真日记》的研究,既可以补充刘声木的《桐城文学渊源考》记录的不足,同时又可展现晚期桐城派内部的发展情况和桐城派形成的机制。

He Baozhen was the son of He Tao-an important writer of Tongcheng Literary School. The time during which He Baozhen lived was the time of social turbulence and transition. His diary is rich in content. This paper focuses on the activities of late northern Tongcheng Literary School writers,the relationship between the brain trust of Xu Shichang and northern Tongcheng Literary School,He Tao's reading and the new change and conservativeness of Tongcheng Literary School,etc. The study on He Baozhen's Diary replenishes the History of Tongcheng Literary School by Liu Shengmu,and at the same time,shows the development of the inner situation of late Tongcheng Literary School and the formation of institution of the Tongcheng Literary School.
