摘要
文化差异往往使合作关系处于一种不稳定状态,统一的图书馆联盟文化可以消减文化冲突风险,提高合作馆之间的信任程度。因此,分析联盟成员的文化差异,寻找和强调文化共性,并通过文化沟通、文化培训和文化强化构建联盟文化融合机制,最终形成为各成员馆共同接受的文化体系,有利于促进图书馆联盟的良性运行。
Cultural differences lead to instable cooperation relationship. Uniform library consortium cul- ture can reduce cultural confrontation and improve trust among partners. Therefore, by analyzing the cultural differences between libraries and finding the commonality, establishing cultural blending mechanism through cultural communication, cultural cultivation and cultural intensifying, the library consortium can form a uniform cultural system accepted by all partners to promote the virtuous operation of.
