南海生态环境保护与国际合作问题研究

南海生态环境保护问题正成为周边国家最严峻的挑战之一。采取积极措施保护南海生态环境逐渐成为周边国家的共同愿景和迫切需求。立足于南海生态环境保护的现状及存在的问题,阐述我国与周边国家在南海生态环境保护的合作进展,提出在南沙开展珊瑚礁自然保护区建设、渔业资源共同养护和油污损害预防及处理等领域优先加强合作。

Problems of ecological environment protection in the South China Sea has become one of the most serious challenges surrounding countries, taking active measures to protect the ecological environment of the South China Sea has gradually become the shared vision of the neighboring countries and the urgent demand. Based on current situation and existing problems of ecological environment protection, the paper elaborates in the South China Sea between China and neighboring countries progress in ecological and environmental protection cooperation, and puts forward priority areas of cooperation, such as NanSha reefs proposed nature reserve construction, fishery resource conservation and pollution damage joint prevention and treatment.
