志书政治部类要重点记述好中共、人大、政府、政协这"四大家"。其中中共志要记述好总揽全局、协调各方的原则,人大志要记述好人大如何行使国家权利的职责,政府志要重点记述好施政纪略,政协志要突出记述好"三大职能"。这是确保政治部类志书质量的关键。

The political category of local records should have good accounts of‘four major subjects',i.e.CPC,NPC,the government,and CPPCC.Amongst which,the CPC records should have good accounts of the principle of getting hold of the overall picture and coordinating various parties;the NPC records should have good accounts of how the NPC performs its function as an organ of national power;the government records should focus on brief accounts of government administration;and the CPPCC records should focus on its‘three big functions'.This is the key to ensure the quality of local records political category.
