专记在志书中的特殊运用——首轮《铜鼓县志》记述秋收起义引发的思考

The Special Application of Special Accounts in Local Records-Reflections Initiated by the Accounts of the Autumn Harvest Uprising in the First-round Tonggu County Records

志书卷首设立专记,是第二轮修志的一个创新。专记不是志体,但又可成为志书内容的一个部分。专记一般用于记述历史上发生的重大事情,是对现有志体难以承载事物完整记述的补充载体。专记不受志书体裁的限制,可以用报告文学、通讯报道等形式;通过夹叙夹议,阐述观点,明确意义,清楚记述事件来龙去脉,既交代事件的起因,又预示事件发展的方向。溯前要忠于事实,预示事件发展要有根据,都不可胡编乱造。本文以秋收起义为例,从秋收起义的历史背景理解秋收起义的意义,运用辩证唯物史观分析秋收起义的有关问题,用实例阐述专记的基本方法,从而探讨专记实际上就是记述一个事件的起因、发生、发展、高潮、结果、趋势的过程,是志书的特殊体裁。

It is an innovation of the second-round local records compilation to set up special accounts at the start of local records.Special accounts are not a local records form,but they can form a part of local records contents.Special accounts are generally used to record major events happened in history as a supplementary carrier of full accounts of things that are difficult to be carried by existing local records forms.Special accounts are not restricted by local records forms and can use forms such as reportage and correspondence report.Through narrations interspersed with comments,they can expound viewpoints,clarify meanings,clearly record the origin and development of events,demonstrate the causes of events,and reveal the direction the event is evolving.When tracing the origins,they should be faithful to the facts;when revealing the development of events,they should have firm grounds.Wantonly making up events is not acceptable.This article takes the Autumn Harvest Uprising as an example,attempts to understand the significance of the Uprising from its historical background,applies the dialectical materialistic historical outlook to analysis of issues related to the Uprising,uses a concrete example to expound on the basic methods of special accounts,and discusses that special accounts are in fact a process to record the origin,happening,development,climax,results,and tendencies of an event,and a special form of local records.
