摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+水为流动相,使用Eclipse XDB-C18、5μm为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在260nm波长下对唑螨酯原药进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该分析方法的线性相关系数为1.000 0;标准偏差为0.53;变异系数为0.56%;平均回收率为100.59%。
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of fenpyroximate TC by HPLC with acetonitrile and water solution as mobile phase, Eclipse XDB-C18 column and DAD at 260nm wavelength was described. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 1.000 0, the standard deviation was 0.53, the variation coefficient was 0.56%, the average recovery was 100.59%.
