嘧菌酯·百菌清复配对草坪褐斑病防治效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用菌丝生长速率法进行了嘧菌酯、百菌清复配剂对草坪褐斑病菌的室内毒力测定,结果表明嘧菌酯、百菌清(1∶5)复配剂对草坪褐斑病菌菌丝生长有较强的抑制作用,EC50为0.134 2mg/kg。田间药效试验结果表明,嘧菌酯·百菌清480g/L悬浮剂1 080~1 728g(a.i.)/hm2对草坪褐斑病有很好的防治效果,防效达到83.44%~87.18%。药剂对草坪草安全,可以广泛用于草坪褐斑病的防治。 The toxicity of the mixed preparartions Azoxystrobin and Chlorothalonil against Lawn Brown patch were measured by investigating growth velocity in AEA culture media, the result showed that the mixed preparation of Azoxystrobin and Chlorothalonil with the ratio of 1 ∶5 had good efficiency, and the EC50 value was 0.134 2mg/kg. The result of field efficacy trials showed that Azoxystrobin·Chlorothalonil 480g/L SC has very good control efficiency of Lawn Brown patch and without damage, as well as the control effects was 83.44%~87.18% when the treatment was 1 080 to 1 728g(a.i.)/hm2. For this, Azoxystrobin·Chlorothalonil 480g/L SC can be used widely controlling Lawn Brown patch.
