摘要
Fe-Al金属间化合物具有许多优异的性能,而陶瓷材料如Al2O3,ZrO2,TiC,WC等也具有许多优秀的性能。所以可以将Fe-Al金属间化合物与陶瓷材料相复合制备Fe-Al金属间化合物/陶瓷复合材料。Fe-Al金属间化合物/陶瓷复合材料将具有Fe-Al金属间化合物和陶瓷材料的优秀性能。本文主要详细的介绍Fe-Al金属间化合物/陶瓷复合材料的制备工艺,性能和应用以及研究发展情况。本文主要介绍Fe-Al/Al2O3复合材料,Fe-Al/ZrO2复合材料,Fe-Al/TiC复合材料以及Fe-Al/WC复合材料的制备工艺和性能以及研究现状等。并对Fe-Al金属间化合物/陶瓷复合材料的未来发展趋势和新型复合材料的研究和开发进行分析和预测。
The Fe-Al intermetallics compounds have many excellent properties,and the ceramics materials such as Al2O3,ZrO2,TiC,WC have many excellent properties.So the Fe-Al intermetallics compounds can be combined with ceramics materials to fabricate the Fe-Al intermetallics compounds/ceramics matrix composites.The Fe-Al intermetallics compounds/ceramics matrix composites exhibited excellent properties of Fe-Al intermetallics compounds and ceramics materials.In this paper,the fabrication process,properties and application,research status and development of the Fe-Al intermetallics compounds/ceramics matrix composites were mainly introduced in details.In this paper,the fabrication process,mechanical property and research progress of the Fe-Al/Al2O3composites,Fe-Al/ZrO2composites,Fe-Al/TiC composites and Fe-Al/WC composites were mainly introduced in details.The future development direction of the Fe-Al intermetallics compounds/ceramics matrix composites and the development progress of new type composites were analyzed and predicted.
