福美双·福美锌80%可湿性粉剂的高效液相色谱分析

The Dertermination of Thiram and Ziram in up formulation by HPLC

[目的]对福美双·福美锌80％可湿性粉剂测定方法进行研究. [方法]采用高效液相色谱法分析福美双·福美锌复配制剂,使用C18反相柱和紫外可变波长检测器,以甲醇-水为流动相,流动相用三乙胺调制pH为8.2∽8.5,用外标法对有效成分进行分析和定量.[结果]高效液谱分析分析测定福美双与福美锌的标准偏差分别为0.10和0.19,变异系数分别为0.33％和0.38％,平均回收率分别为99.2％和99.4％. [结论]方法具有简便、快捷、精密度和准确度高的特点.

[Aims] The analysis method of thiram and ziram in up formulation were studied. [Method] A method is developed for the determination of thiram and ziram in WP formulation by HPLC on CIs column with uv-absorbance detector and mobile phase of methanol-water with pH 8.2-8.5 adjusted by triethylamine. [Result] The standard deviations, variation coefficient and average recovery of the method were 0.10, 0.33%, 99.2% and 0.19, 0.38%, 99.4% for thiram and ziram respectively. [Conclusions] The methods in this study displayed the advantage of convienience, quickness, high precision and accuracy.
