摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+磷酸溶液为流动相,使用ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,在254nm波长下对环丙嘧磺隆原药进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该分析方法的线性相关系数为1.000 0,标准偏差为0.36,变异系数为0.37%,平均回收率为99.31%。
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of cyclosulfamuran TC was de- scribed by HPLC with methanol and H3PO4 solution as mobile phase, ZORBAX SB-C18 column and DAD at 254nm wavelength. The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 1.000 0, standard deviation 0.36, variation coefficient 0.37% and average recovery 99.31%.
