摘要
本文研究了13种农药常见助剂及6种实验室原药检测中常用的助剂对水生物大型溞的急性活动抑制毒性,试验结果表明GY-W04和K12对大型溞的毒性较大,48h的EC50分别4.03mg/L和4.19mg/L,甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基亚砜、吐温80的毒性很小,GY-800和GY-900的毒性较小,其EC50分别为2 530.04 mg/L和2 976.27mg/L,从而为今后有关助溶剂的研究与管理工作提供基础数据。
This paper studied the acute toxicity of 13 Pesticide Adjuvants and 6 Organic Solvents to Daphnia magnca The test results showed that the toxicity of GY-W04 and K12 to Daphnia magna was high with 48 hours ECs0 of 4.03mg/L and 4.19mg/L respectively; the toxicity of methanol, ethanol, acetone, were relatively DMF, dimethyl sulfoxide and the Twain 80 were very low, the toxic ity of GY-800 and GY-900 low, with 48 hours ECso of 2 530.04mg/L and 2 976.27mg/L respectively. The above results provided the basic reference for future adjuvant research and management.
