有机社会:国家与社会关系生态化建构的基石

Organic Society: the Footstone for Ecological Construction of the Relationship Between State and Society

政治体系与社会环境之间生态关系的形成,须以社会生态共同体或社会有机共同体的形成为前提。这个有机共同体就是以诸种社团形式为组织结构的民间社会。民间社会是公民参与以社群为主体的民主化自治的自组织形式,它通过合作基础上的自治,彰显社会的力量,借此形成对政治体系的约制。同时,各种各样的社会团体也是良好的自组织媒介,可以担当社会环境与政治体系相沟通的固定渠道。构建政治国家与社会环境之间的生态关系,必须以政治国家及其代理人——政府——之权力来源的社会化为前提,唯此,方可出现政治国家与民间社会一体两面的整体性关系格局,进而形成政治国家与民间社会之间的有机互动。

The formation of ecological relationship between political system and social environment is premised on the formation of social ecological community or social organic community.The social organic community is the civil society in the form of various kinds of community.The civil society is the self-or-ganization for the citizens who will participate in the communities which is the body of the democratic au-tonomy.It can constraint the political system and reveal the power of society through the self-govern-ment based on the cooperation.Concurrently,all kinds of the social communities are good self-organ-ized mediums which can be the stable canals for the communication between social environment and polit-ical system.The formation of ecological relationship between political system and social environment must be premised on the socialization of the power source for the political state and government which is the po-litical state’s authorized representative.Only in this way could be the political state and the civil society in a holistic relationship pattern which has one organic whole but two sides,and then there will be an or-ganic interaction between the political state and the civil society.
