本文阐述了北京城区配电自动化建设规模及历程、建设思路及原则、功能架构及技术特点、实用化应用及成效等重要内容,率先提出了配电网调控与抢修一体化应用思路,对国家电网公司全面推进配电自动化建设及后续运行维护管理具有借鉴和示范作用。
This paper elaborates some important contents such as the construction scale and progress,construction thoughts and principles.functional framework and technical features,and practical application and effectiveness of the DA in urban areas of Beijing.The thought of the integration of regulation and repair of distribution network is firstly proposed.
