摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+乙腈+水溶液为流动相,使用Nova-pak C184μm为填料的不锈钢柱和紫外波长检测器,检测波长245nm,对阿维·乙螨唑11%乳油进行的定量分析。结果表明,方法的标准偏差分别为0.055、0.046,变异系数为1.068%、0.744%,平均回收率为99.77%、99.32%,线性相关系数为0.999、0.999。
A method for quantitative analysis of abamectin and etoxazole 11% EC by HPLC with methanol and acetonitrile and water solution as mobile phase, Nova-pak C18 and DAD at 245nm was described. The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 for bothais, the standard deviation was 0.055 and 0.046, the variation coefficient was 1.068% and 0.744%, and the average recovery was 99.77 and 99.32% for abamectin and etoxazolerespectively.
