戊唑·肟菌酯48%悬浮剂的液相色谱分析

摘要 采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+水为流动相,紫外检测器,C18不锈钢柱上分离测定复配制剂中有效成分戊唑醇和肟菌酯的含量。结果表明戊唑醇和肟菌酯标准偏差分别为0.181,0.087;变异系数分别为0.56%,0.52%;平均回收率为100.14%,100.11%;线性相关系数分别为1.000,0.999 6。 The quantitative analysis of mixture of tebuconazol and trifloxystrobin by reverse phase HPLC using methanol and water as mobile phase, Cls column and UV wavelength detector was described in this paper. The result showed this method standard deviations for tebuconazol and trifloxystrobin were 0.181 and 0.087, the coefficients of variation were 0.56% and 0.52%, the average recoveries rate were 100.14% and 100.11%, the linear correlations were 1.000 and 0.999 6, respectively.
