考虑层间接触时基层参数对水泥路面力学特性的影响 被引量:6

摘要 建立了Winkler地基上考虑层间接触条件的三维结构模型,计算了基层模量、厚度、层间接触状况对水泥混凝土路面面层和基层受力、层间剪切应力及面层翘曲的影响。结果表明:层间接触状态对面层应力和翘曲影响较大,随层间黏结状况的减弱,面层应力不断下降,但翘曲愈加显著,层间脱空范围不断扩大;基层模量是影响基层受力的首要因素,基层底部最大应力随模量上升而增大,随层间黏结状况的减弱而降低;层间剪切应力主要发生在板边,随层间黏结状况的减弱而变小,且几乎不随基层模量和厚度变化。 Three-dimensional structure model with Winkler foundation situation was established considering interlayer con- tact. The effects of base modulus, thickness, interlayer contact situation between slab and base on the maximum stress of slab and base, shear stress between slab and base, warping of slab were calculated. The results show that interlayer contact status has great influence on slab stress and warping. Maximum stress of slab bottom decreases while bonding status decreases, slab warping and warping scope increase obviously while bonding status decreases. Base modulus is the key factor for base stress. Maximum stress of base increases while modulus increases, and decreases while bonding status decreases. Interlayer shear stress occurs mainly at slab edge, and decreases while the bonding status weakens. It has no variation with the changing of base modulus and thickness.
