越南的经济发展状况究竟如何?——一个“标准”的小国开放工业化模型

On Vietnam's Economic Development Level——The "Standard" Open Industrialization Model of a Small Country

自1986年实行“革新开放”政策以来，同其他亚洲国家一样，越南也走上了小国开放的工业他道路，试图在短时期内完成人均收入水平和综合国力的迅速提升，是自“二战”以来亚洲地区国家持续不断地推进工业他的典型代表之一。迄今为止，在经了2008午全球金融危机洗礼之后，越南所取得的工业化成就将有助于其迈入下一个经济增长阶段。目前，越南不仅已经融入东亚生产网络中，并且正在进行积极的政策调整，以增强经济发展的活力和后劲。未来5～10年，越南仍将处于中高速增长阶段。

Since the introduction of the ＂refbrm and opening＂ policy in 1986, Vietnam has embarked on an open industrialization road like other small Asian countries, intending to quickly increase its per capita income and comprehensive national strength. It is typical of Asian countries which have continued to advance industrialization since the end of the World War Ⅱ. Vietnam＇s industrialization achievements made so liar, especially after the 2008 global financial crisis, will help it enter into the next stage of economic growth. At present, Vietnam has not only integrated into the East Asian production networks, but is vigorously making policy adjustment, in order to enhance the economic vitality and development potential. In the next five to ten years, Vietnam＇s high speed growth will still remain.
