急性心肌梗死CYs-C、Hcy水平变化的相关性及临床意义研究

摘要 目的通过临床研究探讨半胱氨酸(Hcy)、胱抑素C(Cys-C)水平变化在心肌梗死中的临床意义。方法选取心内科以急性心肌梗死为诊断入院治疗患者58例(实验组),检测患者血清Hcy、Cys-C水平,与62例正常患者(对照组)进行比较。结果实验组血清中CYs-C、Hcy的数值明显要高于对照组血清中CYs-C、Hcyz值,但Cys-C与Hcy之间无显著相关性,P>0.05。结论急性心肌梗死患者中检测CYs-C、Hcy水平对临床病情评估、指导临床治疗有很大的意义。
