摘要
调质型钢板生产过程中由于组织的变化导致晶体结构变化,形成的固溶马氏体正方晶体结构导致晶格畸变,正方度增大,晶体致密度的减小,使相同重量的试样体积膨胀。最后通过实验分析发现调质后钢板膨胀率在4‰左右。
In the production process of quenched and tempered steel plate,structural changes lead to changes in crystalline structure.Formation of solid solution of martensite square crystal structure causes lattice distortion,increases the square degree and reduces crystalline density,expanding the volume of samples with same weight.Macro analysis found that the expansion rate of quenched and tempered steel plate was around 4‰.
