LHR在雌性山羊颈前神经节中的分布 被引量:1

摘要 采用免疫组织化学SP法检测促黄体生成素受体(LHR)在雌性山羊颈前神经节(SCG)中的分布特点及表达情况。结果显示,在雌性山羊SCG中,LHR免疫反应阳性物质主要分布在神经元胞体的胞膜和胞质中,为LHR强阳性或中等阳性。部分神经元胞体可见其突起,为LHR中等阳性。图像分析表明,LHR在神经元和非神经元中的表达量呈极显著差异(P<0.01)。研究表明,SCG具备接受LH作用的条件,提示LH可能会影响SCG交感节后神经元胞体对其支配的头面部腺体、血管以及眼睛、咽喉等器官的调控作用。 Immunohistochemical SP method was adopted to explore the distribution characteristic and meaning of luteinizing hormone receptor(LHR)in superior cervical ganglion(SCG)of female goats. The results indicated that all the cytomembrane and cytoplasm of neurons were strong or moderate positive to LHR in SCG.Besides,part of the neurons was observed its nerve axon,and the neurites were moderate positive to LHR.Image analysis showed a significant difference of LHR expression between neurons and non-neurons(P〈0.01).That is to say,SCG has the condition by which LH can exert its function,suggesting that LH may regulate the functional activities of head facial glands, blood vessels,eyes and throat which were dominated by neurons of SCG.
