甜瓜远缘群体果实性状遗传分析 被引量:6

Genetic Analysis of Fruit Traits in Interspecific Population of Melon

摘要 以果实性状差异显著的栽培甜瓜‘0246’和野生甜瓜‘Y101’为亲本,构建P1、P2、F1、F2、B1、B26个世代,采用植物数量性状主基因+多基因混合遗传模型对甜瓜4个果实性状进行遗传分析。结果表明,单果质量、果实纵径、果实横径和果形指数性状均受2对加性-显性-上位性主基因+加性-显性-上位性多基因模型(E-0)控制,主基因在F2中的遗传率分别达到79.20%、87.80%、74.21%和84.62%。控制4个果实性状的主基因在F2中的遗传率较高,受环境因素影响较小,适宜在早代进行选择。 Two parental melon species(inbred line‘0246'and wild germplasm ‘Y101')with significant differences in fruit traits,and their six populations(P1,P2,F1,F2,B1,B2)were used to study the inheritance of four melon fruit traits by applying the mixed major gene plus polygene inheritance model.The results showed that fruit mass,length of the fruit,diameter of the fruit and fruit shape index were all controlled by two pairs of additive-dominant-epistatic major genes plus additive-dominant-epistatic polygene model effects(E-0).And the heritability of major genes in F2population were estimated as 79.20%,87.80%,74.21% and 84.62%,respectively.This implied that the heritability of major genes controlling fruit mass,length of the fruit,diameter of the fruit and fruit shape index were high in F2population,with less influence by environment,so the four melon fruit traits were more suitable to conduct selection in early generation.
