不同质量分数的缩节胺和复硝酚钠对黄瓜穴盘苗壮苗及生理指标的影响 被引量:13

Effects of Different Mass Fraction of DPC and Compound Sodium Nitrophenolate on the Growth and Physiological Index of the Cucumber Plug Seedlings

摘要 为了克服在不利条件下培育黄瓜幼苗易产生的徒长、根系细弱发育不良等问题,采用穴盘育苗试验,以早春‘新发现’黄瓜品种为试材,底水灌溉质量分数为10、50、100mg·kg^-1缩节胺(DPC)及30、60、90mg·kg^-1复硝酚钠,研究不同质量分数的缩节胺和复硝酚钠对黄瓜穴盘苗壮苗及生理指标的影响,筛选出最佳质量分数。结果表明,10mg·kg^-1的缩节胺和30、60mg·kg^-1的复硝酚钠对黄瓜穴盘苗的壮苗指标及生理指标有显著的促进作用,其壮苗指数分别比对照提高29.03%、12.13%和6.14%。但高质量分数的缩节胺及复硝酚钠对黄瓜穴盘苗有抑制或显著的抑制作用。其中100mg·kg^-1的缩节胺处理的根系活力和可溶性蛋白质质量分数分别比对照降低37.26%和41.36%。缩节胺的质量分数应控制在10mg·kg^-1左右,而复硝酚钠的质量分数应控制在30-60mg·kg^-1。 In order to overcome the problems that cucumber seedlings are easy to grow excessively and roots are poorly developed under adverse conditions,plug seedlings of early spring‘discovery'cucumber cultivar were used as the materials and treated by irrigation bottom water with 10,50,100 mg·kg^-1 DPC and 30,60,90mg·kg^-1 compound sodium nitrophenolate,the effects of mass fraction different of DPC and compound sodium nitrophenolate on the seedling growth and physiological indexes of plug seedling were studied for screening out the best treatment mass fraction.The results showed that 10mg·kg^-1 DPC and 30or 60mg·kg^-1 compound sodium nitrophenolate had a significant role in promoting the healthy index and physiological index of the plug seedlings,enhancing seedling health index by 29.03%,12.13%and 6.14%.But high concentration of DPC and compound sodium nitrophenolate had inhibition or significantly inhibition on cucumber plug seedling growth.The root vigor and soluble sugar content treated by the mass fraction of 100mg·kg^-1 DPC were 37.26% and 41.36%lower than that of CK,respectively.The mass fraction of DPC should be controlled at 10 mg·kg^-1,the mass fraction of compound sodium nitrophenolate should be controlled between 30mg·kg^-1 to 60mg·kg^-1.
