摘要
文章介绍了山西省知识产权的发展概况 ,指出了加入 WTO后我国知识产权保护面临的形势 。
This paper introduces general developing facts of intellectual property in Shanxi Province,points out the situation in front of our country's intellectual property protection after WTO entry,and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for Shanxi's intellectual property protection work.
