On Agency Problem of Modren Enterprise System

“代理问题”是现代企业制度中最棘手的问题。代理问题可以由所有者通过法人治理结构直接纾解 ,也可以通过市场体系间接纾解 ,后者比前者更有效。

“Agency problem”,which is a most thorny problem in the modern enterprise system,can be solved directly by the owner through legal person’s administration structure or indirectly through the market system,the latter is more effective than the former.The innovation of enterprise system has a relation of dialectical unity with the establisment of the market system.
