论述了在社会主义市场经济条件下 ,做好建筑工程质量检测工作必须转变观念 ,立足服务企业 ,面向开拓市场 ,坚持“三性”原则 ,不断拓宽工作领域 ,使质检工作深入社会 。
This paper discusses that,under the conditions of social market economy,making good job of quality examination for construction engineering must change modes of thought,have a foothold in serving enterprises,persist in fairness,scientificness and authoritativeness,widen the working field and make quality examintion go deep into society and market.
