淡竹叶提取液对酪氨酸酶抑制作用研究

Inhibition Effect of Lophatherum gracile Brongn Extracts on Tyrosinase

目的:研究淡竹叶提取液对酪氨酸酶的抑制作用,并以此优选提取工艺。方法:以酪氨酸酶抑制率为评价指标,通过正交试验法对超声提取淡竹叶的工艺进行优选。结果:淡竹叶的最佳提取工艺条件是60%的乙醇,超声功率为90 W,超声提取50 min。此条件下提取物对酪氨酸酶的抑制率可达78.0%,IC50值为6.27 g·L-1。结论:淡竹叶提取液来源广泛,提取方便,经济有效,可为开发植物源酪氨酸酶抑制剂提供一种新的选择。

Objective： The inhibitory activity of the Lophatherum gracile Brongn extracts against tyrosinase was investigated in the present work. Methods： The extract technology of L. gracile was optimized by orthogonal experiment. The inhibitory activity of the extracts against tyrosinase was used as evaluating criterion. Results： The optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows： ultrasonic power 90W,solvent of 60% ethanol and extracting 20 min. Under these conditions,the inhibition on effect of the extract obtained from extraction（ containing 10 g·L^- 1） achieves inhibiti on rate of 78% and IC50of 6. 27 g·L^- 1.Conclusion： Because of the wide source and high quality in effective extraction,it can provide a new reference for resource development of L. gracile.
