丙型病毒性肝炎病人的心理特点及护理 被引量:3

摘要 我国是慢性病毒性丙型肝炎(简称丙肝)的高发区。长期的慢性丙型肝炎病毒感染可导致肝脏慢性炎症和纤维化形成,部分可发展为肝硬化甚至肝癌,对病人生命和健康危害极大。目前干扰素是唯一有效治疗丙型病毒性肝炎的抗病毒药物[1],但是存在疗程长、费用昂贵、副作用较大的特点,所以丙肝病人既要忍受疾病造成的痛苦,又要忍受经济负担和精神心理压力。针对以上情况,近年来,我们加强评估丙肝病人的心理,重视心理护理,使病人减轻了心理压力,增强了信心,提高了治疗依从性,现总结如下。
