摘要
目的研究宫颈癌组织中4种细胞周期素(cyclinA、cyclinB、cyclinD1、cyclinE)的表达,探讨4种cyclins与放射敏感性之间的关系。方法流式细胞术检测42例宫颈癌组织的4种cyclins。每周测量宫颈局部肿瘤大小,计算其消退50%时间(T0.5)。分析4种cyclins表达与放射敏感性(T0.5)的关系。结果宫颈癌组织cyclinA、cyclinB、cyclinD1、cyclinE均有不同程度过度表达,其阳性表达率分别为64.2%、83.4%、57.0%和69.0%。cyclinA、cyclinE阳性的肿瘤其宫颈局部肿瘤消退50%T0.5值小,肿瘤消退快,放射敏感性好,差异有显著意义(P=0.033,P=0.023)。结论宫颈癌组织4种cyclins均过度表达。宫颈癌组织cyclinA、E的表达可作为放射敏感性的预测指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of human major cyclins (cyclinA,cyclinB,cyclinD1,cyclinE), and to explore the correlation between their expression and radiosensitivity in cervical carcinoma .Methods The expression levels of the four kinds of cyclins were detected by flow cytometry in 42 cases of local advanced cervical carcinoma tissues before radiotherapy and after treatment with 10 Gy radiation.The time for the tumor to diminish a half (T0.5) was calculated every week.The correlation between the expression of the four kinds of cyclins and radiosensitivity (T0.5) was analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of cyclinA ,cyclinB,cyclinD1,cyclinE in cervical carcinoma were 64.2%,83.4%, 57.0%,69.0%,respectively.The T0.5 value in tumors with positive cyclinA and cyclinE was significantly lower ( P 〈0.05),moreover their radiosensitivities were better .Conclusion The overexpression of cyclinA ,cyclinB,cyclinD1,cyclinE exists in cervical carcinoma ,which can be used as prediction index for evaluating radiosensitivity in cervical carcinoma .
