摘要
目的探讨环氧化酶-2(cyclooxygenase-2,COX-2)与增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)在腺性膀胱炎中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法,检测20例正常膀胱黏膜、30例腺性膀胱炎、20例膀胱移行细胞癌中COX-2及PCNA的表达。结果 COX-2在腺性膀胱炎中表达阳性率比其在正常膀胱黏膜中表达的阳性率有所增高,比其在膀胱移行细胞癌中表达的阳性率有所降低,但均无统计学意义(P>0.05);PCNA在腺性膀胱炎中表达的阳性率显著高于其在正常膀胱黏膜中表达的阳性率(P<0.05),与其在膀胱移行细胞癌中表达的阳性率比较,有所降低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。COX-2和PCNA在膀胱移行细胞癌中表达的阳性率均显著高于其在正常膀胱黏膜中表达的阳性率(P<0.05)。结论 COX-2及PCNA的表达在膀胱肿瘤的发生中起重要作用,推测腺性膀胱炎为良性病变,有向恶性病变发展的潜能,COX-2及PCNA在研究腺性膀胱炎与膀胱肿瘤的关系中具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of cyclooxygenase -2 ( COX-2 ) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in cystitis glandularis.Methods The immunohistochemistry was used to examine the expression levels of COX-2 and PCNA in 20 cases of normal mucosa of bladder ,30 cases of cystitis glandularis and 20 cases of transitional cell carcinoma of bladder .Results The positive expression rate of COX-2 in cystitis glandularis was 30%(9/30),which was higher than that in normal mucosa of bladder (5%,1/20),however,which was lower than that in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder (55%,11/20),but there were no significances among them ( P 〉0.05).The positive expression rate of PCNA in cystitis glandularis was 26.67%(8/30),which was significantly higher than that in normal mucosa of bladder (0,0/20) ( P 〈0.05),which was lower than that in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder ,but there was no significant difference among them ( P 〉0.05).The positive expression rates both COX-2 and PCNA in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder were significantly higher than those in normal mucosa of bladder ( P 〈0.05).Conclusion The expression of COX-2 and PCNA plays an important role in the pathogenesis of bladder neoplasms , and cystitis glandularis is benign lesion,however,which has potentiality to become malignant lesion ,so the study about the correlation between expression of COX-2,PCNA in cystitis glandularis and pathogenesis of bladder neoplasms has important significance .
