摘要
主要论述了提高原料卤水质量,提高一效蒸发罐加热室压力增加生产强度,提高末效蒸发罐蒸发室真空度以增大有效温差,稳定控制原料卤水进料量和盐浆排出量,防止管内结垢,及时排除加热室中的冷凝水和不凝气这6种提高真空精制盐生产产量的方法。
This paper mainly discussed 6,methods,including improving raw brine quality,improving heating chamber pressure of effect evaporation tank to increase productivity,improving vacuum degree of evaporation cham-ber of effect evaporation tank to increase effective temperature difference,controling of raw material feed rate of brine and salt slurry discharge,preventing fouling and timely removing condensate and noncondensable gas in heat-ing chamber,aiming to improve the output of vacuum refined slat.
